నిద్రపోయే ముందు నామము చెప్పుకుంటూ నిద్రపోయి, మెలుకువ రాగానే అంటే కళ్ళు తెరవక ముందే నామము గుర్తుకు వస్తే రాత్రి అంతా నామము చేసినట్లే అవుతుంది.

Before going to sleep chant the name, 
When you wake up with remembering the name, means it will be like doing the chant for whole night.
