స్నానం చేసేటప్పుడు పవిత్రంగా నామం చేస్తూ చేయాలి. దేహశుద్ధియే భావ శుద్ధి. పవిత్ర భావంతో నీళ్ళు తీసుకొని "గంగేచ యమునేచ" అనే శ్లోకాన్ని చెప్పుకొని అన్ని నదులను ప్రార్ధించి పసుపుతో నక్షత్రం గీసి భగవన్నామంతో చేయాలి. ఈ శరీరం భగవంతునిది, దీన్ని పవిత్రంగా దేవాలయం లాగా ఉంచాలి. లేకపోతే ఆయన స్థానానికి భంగం వాటిల్లుతుంది.

While taking a bath, chanting of holy name should be done. "Purity of body is the Purity of mind". Take the water with auspicious feeling, by saying the verse "Gangecha Yamunecha" need to pray all the rivers. by chanting we need to pour turmeric powder into water. And think that "This body is God's Gift", it should be kept holy as a temple. Otherwise God's place will be disrupted.
