భగవన్నామమును స్మరించునపుడు రూపమును ఆలోచనయందు నిలుపుకొనుట, రూపమును చూచినపుడు భగవన్నామమును స్మరించుట వలన పోను పోను సదవగాహన కలిగి రూపనామముల భేదభావము నశించును.

When Chanting the name of God, keep the form in thought. When looking at the form, remember name of God. 
This practice makes you to understand that there is no difference between name and form of God (Both are Same).
