ప్రతి మనిషికి రక్షణ కవచం అనేది ఒకటి ఉంటుంది. మనము ఎక్కువ భజనలు, నామజపం, ధ్యానం చేసే కొద్దీ ఆ రక్షణ కవచం బలోపేతం అవుతుంది. కష్టనష్టాలు వచ్చినా మన మనసుకు తాకకుండా కవచం తగిలి వెనక్కి వెళ్లిపోతాయి.

Every man has a protective shield. The more we do chanting, meditation, God 

adoration, the stronger that protective shield becomes. Difficulties come and go by hitting the shield without touching our minds.
