శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 30 Sep చదివి, ఆలోచించి, వదిలించుకోవలసినవి విదిలించి వదిలించుకుని, ఆచరించవలసిన దానిని ఆచరించడానికి తీవ్రంగా కృషి చేస్తూ, నిరంతరం మన కృషి సఫలమయ్యేటట్లు అనుగ్రహము వర్షించమని, భగవన్నామస్మరణతో సచ్చింతనతో కాలం గడుపుతూ వుండటం వలన బ్రతుకు ఆనందంగా నడుస్తుంది. By reading, thinking, getting rid of what needs to be rid of, by striving hard to practice what is to be practiced.  By praying, God's grace constantly hails on our efforts to succeed. Life will run happily with spending time with chanting and Sachintana (Remembering the truth).

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 29 Sep భోజనం చేసేటప్పుడు మాట్లాడకూడదు. మౌనంతో, భగవన్నామంతో భోజనం చేస్తే, తిన్న ఆహారం రక్తంగా మారి, అది సక్రమమైన ఆరోగ్యం ప్రసాదించి బుద్ధిని వికసింపచేస్తుంది. ఆరోగ్యం-ఆనందం అని సిద్ధాంతం చెప్పింది. Don't talk while eating. If we eat in silence and by chanting the name of God, the food will turn into blood, and that gives good health and blossoms our mind. It's the Theory of health-happiness.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 28 Sep స్నానం చేసేటప్పుడు పవిత్రంగా నామం చేస్తూ చేయాలి. దేహశుద్ధియే భావ శుద్ధి. పవిత్ర భావంతో నీళ్ళు తీసుకొని "గంగేచ యమునేచ" అనే శ్లోకాన్ని చెప్పుకొని అన్ని నదులను ప్రార్ధించి పసుపుతో నక్షత్రం గీసి భగవన్నామంతో చేయాలి. ఈ శరీరం భగవంతునిది, దీన్ని పవిత్రంగా దేవాలయం లాగా ఉంచాలి. లేకపోతే ఆయన స్థానానికి భంగం వాటిల్లుతుంది. While taking a bath, chanting of holy name should be done. "Purity of body is the Purity of mind". Take the water with auspicious feeling, by saying the verse "Gangecha Yamunecha" need to pray all the rivers. by chanting we need to pour turmeric powder into water. And think that "This body is God's Gift", it should be kept holy as a temple. Otherwise God's place will be disrupted.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 27 Sep నామాన్ని వింటూ వుండాలి. మనం నామం చేస్తూ మనమే వినాలి. ఇలా బాగా రావాలంటే, మనం మాట్లాడే అన్ని మాటలూ, అన్ని శబ్దాలూ (మంచి, చెడు ఏదైనా కానీ) మనమే వినటం సాధన చేయాలి. Listen the chanting, when you are chanting to listen that. We have to practice listening to all the sounds and all the words (good or bad) that we speak.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 26 Sep సాధనలో జీవితం ఒక భాగం కావాలి కానీ జీవితంలో సాధన ఒక భాగం కాకూడదు. Life should be a part of the practice, but practice should not be a part of life.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 25 Sep సమస్త నామములు నేను నమ్ముకున్న సద్గురునకే అనెడి భావనతో సమర్థ సద్గుర్తువును గాఢంగా విశ్వసిస్తే తరించగలరు. With deep conviction, when we feel all the names for our beloved Guru , then we can get Rid easily.

శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 24 Sep ఇది అది యనక అన్నీ దానికే నివేదించు, అన్నింటికీ దానినే ప్రార్థించు, ఆరాధించు, చివరకు అదే నీవు అవుతావు - ఇదే గమ్యము. Without saying this or that, submit all to it. Pray, adore. At last you will be the same and that is your destination.  

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 23 Sep నడిచేటప్పుడు భూమి అదిరేటట్టు నడవకూడదు. నెమ్మదిగ నడవాలి. భూమి అదిరిన బ్రతుకులో బాధలు కలుగును. అలా నడవటం సద్భావనలను అల్పముచేసి దుర్భలత్వమును పెంపొందించును. Don't Walk Creepyly on mother earth. Creepy steps will disturb life and reduce our good character, and increase bad qualities. Walk slowly on Earth, it shows your concern.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 22 Sep భగవన్నామమును స్మరించునపుడు రూపమును ఆలోచనయందు నిలుపుకొనుట, రూపమును చూచినపుడు భగవన్నామమును స్మరించుట వలన పోను పోను సదవగాహన కలిగి రూపనామముల భేదభావము నశించును. When Chanting the name of God, keep the form in thought. When looking at the form, remember name of God.  This practice makes you to understand that there is no difference between name and form of God (Both are Same).

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 21 Sep గురువు యెక్క మార్గ దర్శకంలో విషయాల మంచి చెడ్డలు, మనుషులు వారి పనులు, పద్ధతుల అందలి మంచి చెడ్డల గురించి మన యొక్క అభివృద్ధి కొరకు చర్చించుకోవడము ఎంతైనా అవసరము. In the guidance of our Guru, it is necessary to discuss the good and bad of our subjects, actions and methods for our growth.

 శ్రీ శారద శ్యామ సందేశం: 20 Sep - ఆనుకున్నది నిజమని భ్రమించక నిజమేదో తెలుసుకో - ఇష్టమైన దానికి దూరము గాక తప్పదు, అయిష్టమైన దానిని అనుభవింపక తప్పదు. - దేనిని అసహ్యించుకున్న ఏదోఒక నాటికి వాటిని అనుభవించక తప్పదు.  - మనసే మనిషికి ప్రధమ శత్రువు. - సచ్చీలమే సర్వేశ్వరుని తెలుసుకొను మార్గము చూప గలదు - Don't think that what you think is true, know what is true without deluding. - You must be far away from what you like, you must not experience what you like. - Whatever you hate, you will have to experience it.  - Heart is the first enemy of man - Only the Good character can show the way to know the Lord.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 19 Sep జీవితానికి ఒక లక్ష్యం ఏర్పరచుకొని తీవ్రమైన ధ్యాస, జిజ్ఞాసతో సద్గురువును ప్రార్ధిస్తే ఆయన అనుగ్రహిస్తాడు. Gurudev will bless you, if you set a goal for life and pray with intense attention and curiosity.

శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 18 Sep అరిషడ్వర్గాలకు లోను కాకుండా శ్రీ గురుదేవుల కృప, కరుణ, ప్రేమలను పొందుతూ వారి పాదములకు బుద్ధిని కట్టివేసి వారి సన్నిధిని నిరంతరం అనుభవించాలి. Instead of succumbing to the "Arishdvargas (Six internal enemies)", one should attain the grace, compassion and love of Sri Gurudeva, Fix the mind to the Guru's feet and constantly experience their presence.  

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 17 Sep ఉచ్ఛ్వాస, నిశ్వాసములకు అనుగుణంగా ఎవరికి ఇష్టమైన భగవన్నామాన్ని వారు అనుసంధానం చేసుకొనుట వలన దురలవాట్లు, దురాలోచనలు, దుర్భాషలు నిదానంగా దూరమవుతాయి. When we associate our favorite name of God in our inhalation and exhalation, then slowly abusive thoughts, abusive thoughts, and abusive habits will slowly go away.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 16 Sep సరైన స్థలంలో, సరైన సమయానికి, సరైన విషయం గురించి స్వార్ధ రహితమైన మంచి మనిషి ద్వారా ఇవ్వబడిన, సరైన సలహా అత్యంత విలువైనది. In the right place, at the right time, the right advice given by a altruistic man is most valuable thing for us.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 15 Sep కోపం, అబద్ధం, మొదలగునవి అన్నీ భగవంతునికి చెప్పి చేయాలి. Anger, lying, etc all. should done after approaching to God.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 14 Sep 1. నామం జపించడం (జప మాల) 2. నామం రాయడం 3. భజన 4. కీర్తన (బాబా గారి పాటలు)  5. మౌనం (వాచక, మానసిక 6. పుస్తక పఠనం 7. ధ్యానం 8. ప్రాణాయామం 9. యోగాసనం 10. పూజ 11. పాక్షిక శరణాగతి 12. ప్రదక్షిణ (గుడిలో గానీ, తులసమ్మకు గానీ, ఇంట్లో ఒక పటము చుట్టూ గానీ) 13. సత్సంగము 14. భగవంతునితో మాట్లాడాలి, ఎలా వుండాలి అనుకుంటున్నావో, ఏమి చేయాలి అనుకుంటున్నావో, ఏమి కావాలి అనుకుంటున్నావో, అన్నీ భగవంతునితో మాట్లాడాలి, ప్రార్థించాలి, అడగాలి. నేను కోరుకుంటున్న కోరికలు మంచిదైతే నాకు ఇవ్వు తండ్రి అని అడగాలి. పైవన్నీ నియమిత కాలంలో, నియమిత సంఖ్యతో, టైమ్ టేబుల్ వేసుకుని ఒక వారం ప్రయత్నం చేయండి.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 13 Sep మనకు ఇతరులు ఎలా ఉపయోగపడతారు అని అనుకుంటే అది వ్యాపారం అవుతుంది. మనం ఎలా ఇతరులకు ఉపయోగపడతామా అని ఆలోచించాలి. It will be business if we think about how others can be useful to us. We need to think about how we can be useful to others. 

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 12 Sep భగవంతుడా నీవు ఇచ్చిన జన్మను వృధా చేయకుండా సద్వినియోగం చేసుకొనేటట్లు చేయి తండ్రి అని ఎప్పుడూ అనుకోవాలి. Always think that God will make life fulfill which is he has given, without wasting it.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 11 Sep విచారణ, విశ్లేషణ, ఆచరణ, భగవత్కృప ఇవన్నీ ఏ విషయంలో అయినా విజయానికి దారి తీస్తాయి. Inquiry, analysis, practice, and God's grace all lead to success in any matter.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 10 Sep 108 నామాలు జపించడం, 108 నామాలు రాయడం, చిన్న భజన చేయడం, ధ్యానం, ఒక్క పేజీ లేదా ఒక పేరా అయినా చదవడం, ఇలా ఒక్కొక్కటి 5 నిమిషాలు అయినా నియమిత కాలం, సంఖ్య చేయాలి. Daily every 5 minutes at a regular time, Chanting 108 names, writing 108 names, doing small bhajans, meditation, daily reading a single page or a paragraph, should be done.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 9 Sep సత్సంగము వలన విచక్షణాది వివేకము సద్బుద్ధి వైపునకు మరల్చును.  సద్బుద్ధి సన్మార్గమును సూచించును.  సన్మార్గము సత్పురుషుల చెంతకు చేర్చును. సత్పురుషుల సాంగత్యము వలన సద్గురువు లభించును. సద్గురుని సేవలో జీవి తరించును. Due to Good companionship, the Discretion and discreet shifts towards Right intelligence (Wisdom). Wisdom refers to the right path. Right path leads you to reach good people. Good people leave us near Right Guru. In the service of Guru, life will be blessed.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 8 Sep ప్రతి మనిషికి రక్షణ కవచం అనేది ఒకటి ఉంటుంది. మనము ఎక్కువ భజనలు, నామజపం, ధ్యానం చేసే కొద్దీ ఆ రక్షణ కవచం బలోపేతం అవుతుంది. కష్టనష్టాలు వచ్చినా మన మనసుకు తాకకుండా కవచం తగిలి వెనక్కి వెళ్లిపోతాయి. Every man has a protective shield. The more we do chanting, meditation, God  adoration, the stronger that protective shield becomes. Difficulties come and go by hitting the shield without touching our minds.

శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 7 Sep కొన్ని ముఖ్యమైన విషయాలు చూచుకొని వాటిలో ఒక్కదానినైనను నియమం తప్పకుండా ఆచరించవలెను. There are some important things to keep in mind and one of them should be practiced regularly.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 6 Sep భగవంతుని విషయంలో ఒక నిర్ణయం చేసుకొని,  పద్ధతి ప్రకారం అనుసరించు వాడు ఒక్కో మెట్టు ఎక్కగలడు. One who makes a decision about God and follows that consistently, then can grow gradually.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 5 Sep మనం చేసే పనికి మొత్తం 100 మార్కులు అయితే భావానికి 90 మార్కులు. ఆ పనికి 10 మార్కులు, మంచి భావంతో చేస్తే 90 మార్కులు జమ అవుతాయి. నేనే చేయవలసి వచ్చింది. అని విసుగు, కోపంతో చేస్తే 90 మార్క్స్ తగ్గుతాయి అవుతాయి. A total of 100 marks for the work we do while 90 marks for feeling. 10 marks for that work, 90 marks will be credited if done in good faith. If you do it with anger and frustration 90 marks will be reduced.

 శ్రీ శారదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 4 Sep మనం ఆచరించకుండా ఎక్కువగా ఎదుటి వారికి చెప్పడం వలన అహంకారం పెరుగుతుంది. Ego grows when we tell others what we do not practice.

 శ్రీ శారాదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 3 Sep ఒక్కసారి పారాయణం చేసి దానిలోని ఒక్క మంచినైనా ఆచరణలో పెట్టాలి. సుఖదుఃఖాలలో కూడా గురువు చెప్పింది చేయాలి. Once you Recite, in that atleast one good put into practice. Even in happiness and sorrow, should do what Guru says.

 శ్రీ శారాదా శ్యామ సందేశం: 2 Sep అందరినీ ప్రేమగా చూడాలి అంటే ఎదుటి వారిలోని దోషాలు, తప్పులు మనం ఎత్తి చూపకుండా వారిలోని మంచిని గమనిస్తే అతనిలో భగవంతుని చూడగలుగుతాము.  To treat everyone with love means that if we observe the good in others without pointing out their faults and mistakes, we will be able to see God in them. 

 శ్రీ శారాద శ్యామ సందేశం: 1 Sep దేహాన్ని క్షేత్రంగా చెయ్యి. దానిలో సత్కర్మలనే విత్తనాలు నాటు. దైవ నామంతో వ్యవసాయం చెయ్యి. నీ హృదయాన్ని కృషివలుని చెయ్యి. దైవం నీ హృదయంలో నాటబడిన సత్కర్మ అనే బీజాలకు అంకురార్పణం చేస్తాడు. అంత నీవు నిర్మాణ ఘనతను పొందుతావు. ఆత్మజ్ఞానం మృత్యుంజయ శక్తినిచ్చి అమరత్వాన్ని పొందచేస్తోంది. Make the body a field. The seeds of good deeds plant in it. Farm it in the name of God. Make your heart diligent. God germinates the seeds of good deeds planted in your heart. That's how you get constructive glory. Self-wisdom empowers death and attains immortality.
